I will prepare COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS(CMA)to establish fair market value, and give you a solid base to correctly price your property.
I will research property ownership and review the deed, to establish who is on title and if there is any registered covenants.
I will check Municipal Tax Records to verify the lot size, for correct listing information.
I will verify the legal description from public records, to avoid any mistakes.
I will check Planning Department of your municipality for current zoning, so I can provide that information to any potential buyers.
I will check for land use restrictions or special zoning, to avoid any misconceptions in the listing.

I will prepare a listing presentation with researched materials, so you have a good idea of what to expect in the sale process.
