Buying a home can be a complex and overwhelming process, even for those who have done it many times before.

You are excited and anxious at the same time, and many times have only some idea on where to start.

Even though you know that we are still in the favourable buyers market, you may not be sure what that means and how to proceed.

The amount of home listings available is growing everyday and you may feel a little lost and confused. With all the properties available out there you are simply afraid to make a wrong decision about what house you want to purchase. There are simply too many to choose from.

Perhaps, you are still not very sure about what house your family needs, what neighborhood is right for you, and how much you can afford to spend.

Then you will need to think about the neighborhood to which you want to move.

You will do just fine. Let's start by finding out what you can afford first. Then you need to arrange for a mortgage from your chosen lender. In a hot market, it is always better to have financing in place prior to submitting an offer.
