MLS Submission Procedures I need to take care of...

selling what to expect

Ready for the next stage of the Home Selling Process?

Now I need to upload your listing information into the MLS database, my www.Selling-Barrie-Homes.com

To do that, the following steps will be taken:

  • The MLS data input sheet will be prepared and checked for omissions and errors

  • All the information will be uploaded into the Real Estate Board database

  • I will proof read the listing to check if all the information is submitted correctly

  • I will take additional photos if needed to be used in the printed fliers, newspaper advertising, and web pages created to advertise your property online

  • I will talk to you about creating other forms of media advertising

  • I will keep the listing information up-to-date and submit new information as it becomes available.

Once this important step is done, I will proceed with the Marketing of your Property.
